Colgate-Palmolive

As the Client Solution Executive of premier clients Colgate-Palmolive and north face jackets, in charge of the brands Colgate, Plax, Softlan, Darlie, Sanxiao and Gillette, Duracell, providing retail measurement data, category market info and north face jackets. Main responsibility: ① Providing retail data (from brand to SKU level) and help to understand, including the share, price, promotion, distribution, new launch monitor etc of clients and their competitors. ② Help the Director to make analysis report decks , join the quarterly, monthly and coming upon meeting; being well evaluated by superiors and clients for always professional recommendations. ③ Provide daily training and instructions of spyder jackets to the clients. ④ Communicate to the operation team, instruct underlings to supply the result as clients’ requests ⑤ Maintain the good relationship with clients, looking for new business opportunities.
Have been involved in projects in several industries as automotive, chemical, manufacture etc. Responsibility in Research & Analysis: ① Learn the clients' request, understand the purpose of the project. ② Collect relevant data and infomation through secondary research. ③ Participate in the questionnaire designing, interview the experts. ④ Integrate the information, compose project report with the business theory, and make the PPT. ⑤ Result presentation to clients & answer their inquiries. Responsibility in Marketing: ① Write extensive mkt forcast summary for PR and media use. ② Daily communication with clients and suppliers. ③ Assist the manager in other business as price quoting, outlay monitoring etc.
