Responsibilities

1,Establishment, development and maintenance of the national medical equipment leasing business market。
2,Management of all leasing project’s implementation process, including business development ,risk assessment ,business operation, the project management process and some of the post-financing 。
3,Developed the manufacturers、distributors and hospitals customer channels ,and keep touch with their leader in charge to design a leasing program targeted to meet customer needs.
4,Developed the sals bussiness ,and became the first of all the Dept. to achieve company's sales of zero breakthrough .
5,Developed the operating leasing bussiness and successed to complete several projects through the cooperation with the Dept. of the medical management in the company .
Achievements :
1,Improve the department's internal management systems, such as business management systems, performance evaluation program, document archive management system, travel system ,and so on .
2,To achieve 400% growth in sector performance, the first one of the five business dept. in the company In 2008.
3,To achieve 50% growth in sector performance, the first one of the five business dept. in the company In 2009.
