The thesis fully affirmed this wireless communications technology in automation of power system feasibility and broadening application prospects through analyzing and studying the GPRS / CDMA structure and characteristics.The thesis focused on analyzing new wedding dresses and researching the choice of Network scheme and internet access options of GPRS / CDMA wireless communications technology which applied in the power load management;and put forward a way which Combined the GPRS / CDMA and Virtual Private Network (VPN) technology to Constructe the Network,and select the cheap evening dresses way of MCU + GPRS / CDMA module which is embedded TCP / IP protocol stack to access the internet.
